Refund and Returns Policy


RETURNS 


Due to sanitary and safety precautions/concerns regarding the C-19 pandemic, we do not offer return services on purchases at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless they arrive damaged, defective or received incorrect item. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for refunds:

  1. Custom or personalized items 
  2. Wholesale or Special Orders 
  3. Sale items 


Please do not automatically return your item(s) as they will not be accepted as a returned item. You must first contact me.

SHIPPING RETURNS (Damaged/Defective/Incorrect): 


To be eligible for a return, you must return the item in it's original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You should mail your product back to me: (address will be provided via email). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. ALL Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery 



REFUNDS 


REFUNDS for DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/credit account again. Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. 


Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on sale are not refundable. 



EXCHANGES 

I don't accept exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 



CANCELLATIONS 

I don't accept cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL once you submit your order with us and is processed in our system. 



PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time varies with each item/product. Please see individual products for more info.



SHIPPING 

Our items are shipped via USPS first class. 

  1. 1 to 5 Business Days for non custom orders. 
  2. 5 to 7 Business Days for custom orders. 


Important to note:

  1. Once product is processed, completed and payment is received, the item will then be shipped. 
  2. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. 
  3. If package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship the item at an additional postage charge. 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 



LOST OR STOLEN MAIL 

  1. Once items are in the possession of USPS, Lisa Muniz Designs is no longer responsible
  2. Lisa Muniz Designs is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. 
  3. All shipping inquiries/issues MUST be directed to USPS
