Gold Plated over Stainless Steel: keep jewelry away from any abrasive contact in order to preserve the coating. **Plating wears out and flake off over time. Please handle with care and DO NOT wear during sports, workouts, swimming, showering, bathing and sleeping.

My MISSION

At Lisa Muniz Designs, my mission is to aspire individuals to embrace their confidence, uniqueness, individuality, and express their authentic selves through my designs. My commitment to customer satisfaction drives me to go above and beyond to not only meet but exceed expectations. I use high quality materials to ensure both beautiful designs and lasting functionality. 

My STORY

My name is Lisa. I’m a mom of one, married to my best friend and we’re fur parents to a sweet golden lab mix.

I love mantras, affirmations and quotes. I use them to draw inspiration in my designs. I also use my personal and my family’s experiences to design my products. My favorite color is Blue, more specifically, Royal Blue sometimes called Cobalt or Sapphire Blue.

I’ve always had a passion for jewelry making ever since I was first introduced to it at 16 yrs old. I worked as a Summer Camp Counselor in a housing community. It was all new to me and I remember how much fun it was learning and teaching the children how to make jewelry. Forward many many years, I began my jewelry making journey in April 2019 and opened an Etsy Shop. It was a hobby and outlet at first. I had been missing my mother, my guardian Angel, so much and was searching for something that would help me feel closer to her. One year later, during C-19 pandemic, I fully committed to selling my artisan designs. During this time, I had much more time to work on making jewelry. I sometimes wish I would’ve started this journey while my Mom was with us because, I know she would’ve loved making jewelry with me. Although I started this journey late in life, I say it’s never too late to start anything. It’s NEVER too late to follow your dreams! If you’re thinking about starting something, Go for it! The only person holding you back is YOU!

I’ve since evolved and now include hand stamped personalized jewelry in my shop as well as invested in a Glowforge to create personalized items, gifts and kits. My designs are made in New Jersey and hand-crafted with care, love and continuous attention to detail. Along with using Stainless Steel and Nickel & Lead Free Plated Metals in my pieces, I also use the Glowforge Laser Printer for my Acrylic & Wood Personalized Designs. The jewelry supplies used in my designs are top quality from reputable Jewelry Supplies Companies (Big and Small Shops). My current packaging is a mix of eco-friendly & non eco-friendly packaging however, I’m hoping to completely switch over to Eco-Friendly only in the near future.

Shop Policies

Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS 

Due to sanitary and safety precautions/concerns regarding the C-19 pandemic, we do not offer return services on purchases at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless they arrive damaged, defective or received incorrect item. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for refunds:

  1. Custom or personalized items 

  2. Wholesale or Special Orders 

  3. Sale items 

Please do not automatically return your item(s) as they will not be accepted as a returned item. You must first contact me.

SHIPPING RETURNS (Damaged/Defective/Incorrect): 

To be eligible for a return, you must return the item in it's original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You should mail your product back to me: (address will be provided via email). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. ALL Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery 

REFUNDS 

REFUNDS for DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/credit account again. Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on sale are not refundable. 

EXCHANGES 

I don't accept exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 

CANCELLATIONS 

I don't accept cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL once you submit your order with us and is processed in our system. 

PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time varies with each item/product. Please see individual products for more info.

SHIPPING 

Our items are shipped via USPS first class. 

1 to 5 Business Days for non custom orders. 

5 to 7 Business Days for custom orders. 

Important to note:

  1. Once product is processed, completed and payment is received, the item will then be shipped. 

  2. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. 

  3. If package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship the item at an additional postage charge. 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

LOST OR STOLEN MAIL 

  1. Once items are in the possession of USPS, Lisa Muniz Designs is no longer responsible

  2. Lisa Muniz Designs is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. 

  3. All shipping inquiries/issues MUST be directed to USPS
